Preparing for the holidays: skin rejuvenation at home

skin rejuvenation with ice cubes

The closer the holidays are, the more trouble and trouble there are with women: doing general cleaning, buying gifts, thinking about a menu, buying groceries.

And with all these worries, one should not forget about one’s love. On holidays, every woman is simply obliged to look impeccable. Of course, beauty salons always open the door in front of us with hospitality. Professionals can do an excellent job with assigned tasks, but it takes time and money.

Since not everyone has enough of both, some salon procedures can be done on their own. For example, you can do anti-aging cryotherapy sessions at home using cosmetic ice, which is very easy to make.

Its complex effect on cold skin has been successfully used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes. The receptors respond to the cold - the blood vessels first narrow and dilate after a while (when the ice irritant is removed). As a result, the blood supply increases, the tone of the facial muscles increases, the skin becomes tight and fresh, the peeling goes away, the wrinkles smooth out.

As a result, after a two-week rejuvenation procedure with cosmetic ice, we simply get beautiful results - healthy, toned skin. In general, with a minimum of money and time, you can prepare your beautiful face for the upcoming holidays on your own.

For the skin rejuvenation process, you need to make three types of ice. Each of them is prepared for a certain stage.

  • The first stage is cleaning and shaping
  • The second stage is skin nourishment
  • The third stage is to lift and nourish the skin of the eyelids

Making three types of cosmetic ice

Red ice for the first stage - cleansing and toning the skin

Ingredients:

Freshly squeezed cranberry juice 100 ml (strain), aloe juice 2 teaspoons (strain), purified or carbonated mineral water 100 ml.

The acidity of cranberry juice perfectly cleanses the skin (fruit peel), tightens pores, blocks collagen-destroying enzymes, without which the skin loses its elasticity. Aloe has antiseptic and healing properties and contains a leader in allantoin nutrients.

Mix everything and pour into ice cubes.

Yellow ice for the second stage - rejuvenation, nourishment and smoothing of wrinkles on the face and neck

Ingredients:

Infusion of linden flowers (1 tbsp. Spoon pour 1 tbsp. Hot water, cool and filter).

Sea buckthorn oil 1 teaspoon, 3 drops myrrh essential oil.

Lime fusion relieves irritation and is a storehouse of sea buckthorn oil, Omega-3, -6, -9 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which make it an excellent nutrient for the skin, tightening, elasticity and elasticity. Myrrh is a rejuvenating nutrition, moisturizing and aromatherapy component.

Mix the warm linden infusion with sea buckthorn oil and myrrh, pour into molds.

White ice for the third stage - nourishing the eyelids, rejuvenating and getting rid of delicate wrinkles around the eyes

100 ml green tea (1 teaspoon / 1 tablespoon. Hot water, drain, cool), 100 gr. milk (not fat-free), 5 drops of olive oil.

Add milk and olive oil to the filtered hot tea, mix, pour into ice cubes. Once the mixture has cooled, place the molds in the freezer and when the cubes are completely frozen, they are ready to use.

The rejuvenating procedure is performed on cleansed skin with a light caress. The movements are not massages, but simply lubricating, from the center of the face to the periphery and from the bottom up along the neck. All three dice are in one procedure. It should be used in a row without waiting for it to dry. Conduct sessions for 5 days and then repeat after 3 days.

The result of these simple procedures will be what is literally and figuratively called "face" and will undoubtedly bring joy. Well, and at the same time, the money saved on the eve of the holidays can always be put to good use.
